How the Feng Shui Consultation Works
Upon arrival, Rodika explains in more detail how the specific consultation will work. It usually starts with the tour of the space, where the client shows the house, tells what works and what doesn't, etc. After the tour is finished, Rodika takes several compass readings and spends about 15-20 min doing her analysis and calculations.
Based on the feng shui analysis, the second part of the consultation consist of numerous recommendations, suggestions and specific and practical feng shui cures to transform the space and bring vibrant, healthy energy into it. It often involves moving furniture, repositioning the art, and letting go of some items. More often than not, it is a very hands-on process!
General Information about the Feng Shui Consultation
1. The consultation length depends on the size, as well as overall state of your space. The typical consultation usually lasts about 3-4 hr, although many go for as long as 6 hours in one visit. The client is the one in charge of time.
2. To book a consultation, we request 50% consultation payment as a final confirmation. The confirmation payment is based on a 2hr consultation; the payment is usually done on-line via Paypal. Rodika's current fee is $200.00 CAD per hour. The written feng shui report and the ba-gua diagram, if requested, are priced separately.
3. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel the consultation, please give us advance notice.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hr notice, the fee for late rescheduling is $50.00 CAD. If you cancel with less than 24 hr notice, your confirmation payment is non-refundable.
Before the Feng Shui Consultation
**The City Hall, or your realtor, will have the copy of your floor plan. If you cannot locate the original floor plan, please do your best with drawing a sketch. The floor pan can be e-mailed to us.
