Required info for the existing house long distance consultation:
We prefer to work with the professional floor plan in order to give you the most accurate info; please do your best to locate the original floor plan of your space. In case it is impossible to find your plan, we will accept a floor plan drawn by you. Please make your floor plan up to scale and as accurate as possible.
We need plenty of photos of your space and ideally, a couple videos, too! Here is the first thing to know: please do not email us any photos or videos, but rather upload them to an online site of your choice and only send us the link. Dropbox.com works very well for photos, floor plans and short videos, or you can upload your video(s) to youtube.com. You can make these home videos private and share the link only with selected people.
We require the photos to be taken in the following manner: Starting at your front door, imagine showing your place, step by step (while taking pictures!), to someone who has never been in your home or office. The photos should make it easy for us to visualize your space and serve as a complete addition to your floor plan.
Basically, we need several views of any space that is part of your floor plan; this means several views of your main door (inside and outside), your hallway, living room, your bedroom, kitchen, etc. When in doubt, it is best to have more photos rather than less.
Many of our clients take short videos while touring the space. We find this very helpful and encourage you to do so, too. However, please have your short videos in addition, and not instead of, taking extensive photos. As mentioned, the same request applies to videos — upload them to an online site and send us the link.
Please let us know the date and year of birth for all family members living in your home or, in case of a business consultation, the DOB info for key business people working in the office. With exotic or unusual names, please indicate the gender.
Indicate the reasons for requesting the long distance feng shui analysis. What is working and what is not working in your space? In your life? What would you like to achieve by getting more insight into the feng shui of your space? Please do your best to be brief, but also very clear in writing your goals.
If you are ready to book your long distance feng shui analysis, please first accept the
terms and conditions, then
contact us. Make sure you have all the required info ready.
This means you have uploaded your photos, videos and floor plan to an online site (we prefer dropbox.com), and are ready to email us the DOB info, the compass reading of your front door and the statement of your goals for the consultation.
Once we receive your acceptance of terms and conditions, we will get back to you with the projected start date for your long distance analysis and will send you the consultation payment link.
Please read carefully the
terms and conditions of the long distance feng shui analysis and click the “Send” button when ready. We cannot start working on your project without you accepting the terms and conditions.
The fee for the long distance feng shui analysis is $3950 USD. The online payment is done via Paypal or bank transfer. Rodika will send you the invoice with the payment link once she confirms the undertaking of your project.
