Who are You Sleeping With?

Really, who are you sleeping with? I mean besides your partner, do you know who you share you energy with and whose energy you absorb/carry with you?

If you take a moment and realize that all items that have been in your bedroom for a while (no matter you love them or hate them) are literally "sleeping with you", I hope you will re-consider what you bring into your bedroom. And if you watch TV while in bed, especially before going to sleep, you are opening your bedroom doors wide open to whoever wants to come - invited or not. Every night you might be influenced on a deep level by others thoughts, actions and energies, and chances are those are not the best energies, let alone the healthiest ones.

Just basic physics - everything is energy and you are in a constant exchange with it - be mindful who or what you are exchanging energy with. Collaborate with your body and make it easier for yourself to get healthy and happy.::

Last year I was thinking to contact Ikea with the topic of feng shui, but being busy with so many projects, left it for later. Several weeks ago their marketing representative contacted me to see if I will be interested in teaching a seminar on bedroom feng shui (my favorite topic!) February 6 works for me, so here you go!
