How do you apply feng shui in marketing? Your space is obviously a very important marketing tool; and so is your logo, your print materials, your website, your advertising campaigns, packaging of your products, etc etc - everything is an expression of energy and it's either working for you, or against you. Looking Good Behind your back is always a number one priority, as to thrive and succeed in a business long-term you need good support.

How do you start applying feng shui to a more "unchartered" territory, i.e while designing your logo, or creating your website? You define your energy, and then see how it corresponds to the energy you carry out into the world.
Let's say you are growing a professional organizing company, but your marketing materials are overloaded, even cluttered with information, the font is hard to read and the colors you are using are quite dark. Does it carry out the energy you want, i.e. making people's lives easier and lighter (literally)? Or, you are planning to open a new pizza place, but the colors you choose for you logo, website, etc are mainly greens, I can assure you things will work against you, rather than for you. For the same reason if you have a landscaping business, you will certainly not be using reds and fire images.

Take some time to clearly define the energy of what you do and the results you bring to clients, and then apply feng shui to create successful and genuine marketing. ::

Productivity Key - Use Feng Shui
feng shui plants There is more and more awareness in the media of the connection between the energy of your working environment and your productivity; the results of one recent poll from Business 2.0 revealed that people will even work additional hours if the space is right.

How do you create a space that is just right? You start with three things:

1. Oxygenated brain is a smart brain. Fresh, not recycled stale air, is paramount for your health and productivity. Open the windows often and bring those top air-purifying plants into your business space.

2. Human's number #1 nutrient is not food, it is natural light. Do your best to bring sufficient amounts of light into your working space.

3. Work is not slavery; create a joyful and balanced environment no matter what business you are in. ::
