Especially with the Mercury going forward on March 25th, there should be nothing to stop you! Well, hopefully.

You literally have to create an open, free flow of energy in your physical space so that your life can attract and manifest more of what you are looking for. This applies to all aspects of your Life: your Relationships (if you are looking for a new partner, is your physical space reflecting it?); your Career (how is your office doing? and the North area of your space?); your Health (are you OK with me having a thorough look at your kitchen, as well as the East area of your home?)
If you would like to welcome a new relationship into your life, make space, and I mean actual, physical space, for this new person to be in your home. If you are striving to improve your health, do get rid of all the items that are cluttering and blocking the energy flow in your kitchen (especially your cupboards and the freezer) The opportunity to start anew, this is what Spring is all about!
Take a moment to feel the quality of energy around you and start an honest dialogue with your space. Are you having a good time communicating, are you still enjoying each other's company? (Lucky for many people, their spaces cannot talk "human"!) I hope your space feels loved and cared for/fun to be with, because the energy of your space is the energy you are absorbing and emanating to other people.
Early Spring, around the Equinox, is the time to review our dreams, desires, and hopes, and to plant them into a fertile soil. It is the best time to clear out the old, useless habits and thoughts.
However, with all the excitement about your dreams and with a strong energy directed towards their manifestation, do not forget that it is about YOUR dreams. If you have not done it yet, focus on creating a space just for you (it does not have to be a whole room) and bring into it three items that have a special meaning to you and represent what you are seeking. Do make a focus on peace and grounded spirituality, as it is in your connection to the Spirit that the genuine Renewal and Happiness comes from. If meditation is not yet what you are ready for, look into any other form of spiritual practice early in the morning to set your day right; the energy is excellent for it now.
As many of you know, a deeper level of feng shui reveals the connection between your body and certain areas of your home. The state of your kitchen is the state of your health, especially the state of your liver. Liver is the organ that has to be paid special attention in Spring as it is the main detoxifying organ in the body. So do your liver and your health a favor and clean that kitchen!
De-clutter the refrigerator; clean the stove and all the pots and pans. Let go of all harsh chemical cleaners from the kitchen and go for natural ones. Clean out all the drawers, surfaces, light fixtures, etc - create a fresh pathway for strong vibrant Chi to flow and nourish your energy!
The right side of the body is where we find the liver and gallbladder; it is the social side of the body, the active, yang side, the one mostly connected to the manifestation of your future. If your environment is overstuffed and you feel stuck in the past, do lighten up the right side of your space (as you come in.) This applies to your main entrance, as well as to the entrance of every room. Where the energy goes is significant. Upon the entrance to every space your energy is looking for grounding and focus, so do treat your senses respectfully and provide for a visual relief, as well as celebration. It is all about the balance.
Bring three new pots with vibrant green plants to refresh the energy of your space and symbolize, as well as ground, new beginnings. If you plan to place them in the kitchen, go for lush and aromatic rosemary or mint. Focus on your main entrance, as well as your kitchen, as both are strongly connected to your health. In the traditional Chinese medicine the element of Spring is Wood and, as mentioned, the organ connected to it is Liver, so you might want to take it easy on salty, heavily cooked food and introduce more greens into your diet. Purifying/working with your emotions is also a smart way to go, as, being the detoxifying organ, the liver stores the energy of anger and resentment. Be kind and generous with yourself, as well as others, as this is the energy that heals and strengthens your liver.
Clarify, Purify and Let Go. Re-new your Space and your Body and step into a new way of being, fill it with the Happy and Healthy Energy of Excitement, Adventure, Creativity, Fun and Love!
Happy New Beginnings, Celebrations and Fun Memories to BEhold.

Sell Your House The Easy Way
Spring is the highest season for buying and selling property. Have a house to sell or looking to buy a new one? I hope you know we can help you.
If you plan to sell your house, or have been trying to sell it for a while, here are some proven-and-true tips to get that energy moving:
1. GO OUTSIDE. You duplex, your condo, your house, whatever it is that you are selling, and look at it from a bit of a distance. Better yet, do it with a friend who has not seen it for a while. Jot down all the thoughts that come to mind in the first 2-3 minutes.

Do not censor it or get deffensive; the more open you are to criticism, the better off you will be when presenting it to other people. You might think the big purple frog looks cool by your main door and is even good feng shui (no, it is not!!!); but potential buyers will not appreciate it. As with every sale, it is a lot about selling the emotion, rather than the commodity itself. Make your main entrance look fresh and inviting.
2. GO FRESH AND GO GREEN! If you own a house, definetely invest in some landscaping; it will increase your property value. By the way,
April is the National Landscape Architecture Month, and for a good reason! Now is the time to do some research and make that call to a good landscape professional; it may create a totally new energy around your home.
If you live in a duplex or a condo and there is not much "outside" to work on, focus on the main entrance and bring vibrant chi, or energy, right as you come in - a big elegant plant or a vase with fresh cut flowers, good lighting, beautiful art and a feel of spaciousness/expansion (the strategic placement of mirrors is the secret here!)
3. LESS IS MORE. When you shop for anything, and I mean anything - clothes, appliances, food - it is often helpful to see the item in action (i.e have your skirt on a manequin, try a sample of the food, etc ) However, would you want to pay full price for a used item? Probably not. Think of it and apply it to your home - the less "personal", or "used" you make it, the better. Show to the best how the space can be used, but do not overdo it with personal touches.
Create a spa feel in the bathroom, but do hide all your personal items (buyers do not need to know which toothpaste brand you prefer); make the kitchen smell and look good, but take it easy on how you save with recycling cans, etc etc. You get the idea. And most of all, do not forget about the "almighty" triangle when selling a home: the Kitchen, the Bathroom and the Bedroom. Buyers need to know they will sleep well, eat well, and well, unwind well if living in your home! Treat their imagination WELL.
Of course there is much more to it, but just start with the basics and then CONTACT US!
