I had lunch today with a friend who is going through difficulties in her intimate relationship. The questions of "What is love?" and "How do you know if you are in love?" were the absolute "stars" of our conversation, and after much talk and some laughter it really came down to another question "What does love mean to you?"
Love can mean different things to different people, but the essence of it ultimately comes down to energy, a nourishing and vital energy that we all need.
You might be receiving it from many sources - lover, family, friends, favorite hobby, etc. You might also be going through times when you need to "generate it yourself" so to speak, without any outside sources to support you or give you feedback.
These times, while certainly not the most pleasant ones, will empower you tremendously. You will learn that there is a huge reservoir of love within you waiting to be expressed and manifested in your daily life.
Start expressing this love by nurturing yourself and your home; this is especially important as we are going through the change of seasons. Your bedroom, your bathroom, your kitchen - these three spaces are waiting for your love to take charge.
